Regarding returns and exchanges

■ Return policy

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged goods.

We accommodate requests for a product return or exchange given the following circumstances: 1) if the product has damages or defects upon delivery, and 2) if the delivered product is different from the actual order. We truly apologize for the additional inconvenience, but we request that you inform us via e-mail at store@imaonline.jp. For returns, the product’s invoice is required.

■ For Delivery Errors and/or Product Defects

For any inconvenience caused by product defects or delivery errors, our company will either honor a refund of the product (valued at the time of purchase) or provide a replacement and bear all additional costs such as the handling and/or shipping charges. However, some exchanges cannot be accommodated for products of very limited quantity. Please be advised that a refund will be provided instead.

■ Product Exchanges

1. We cannot accept requests for exchanging your order to a different size, color or a different item after delivery.

2. We accept requests for product replacements if the delivered item is either different from the actual order or is damaged/defective. However, some exchanges cannot be accommodated for products of very limited quantity. In this case, refund will be provided instead.
